- Please note Cookies by Kay cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for ground shipments and cannot deliver a package to APO/PO addresses. When shipping to an office building, you must include a suite or floor number.

Please note that we ship all packages from Chicago. If you want your package to be delivered on a specific date and not earlier, you must select overnight delivery.
